Brian Longpré - Chairman. Investment and Corporate Director
Mr. Longpré founded Disenco in 2002 having acquired the assets and IP that formed the core of the company.. A Canadian lawyer, he has over 25 years experience of advising business ventures and has been involved in raising capital for more than 50 public ventures in North America, Asia and Europe and was principal of an investment banking concern in Switzerland. Mr. Longpré remains a major shareholder.

Dr Sam Bernstein - Director
Dr. Samuel Bernstein is currently special assistant to the chairman of KeySpan Corporation in New York focusing on technology development. Past president and CEO of Energy International, Inc. and microGas Corporation, Dr. Bernstein has served as chairman and director of Energy International (UK) Ltd. and Tplus Inc, provided independent consulting to the international energy industry and venture capital firms, and was director, planning and appraisal at the Gas Research Institute in Chicago, USA. Dr. Bernstein has participated in several committees of the International Gas Union (IGU), and chaired its committee on Distributed Power Generation from 2000-2006. Currently he serves on the IGU R&D Task Force.

Terry Mackay – Director
Mr. Terry Mackay is currently managing director of Mackay & Associates Ltd, a UK based Management Consulting firm which assists companies to establish the most effective arrangements for manufacturing products and for supplying them to and supporting them in target markets. He previously worked in manufacturing operations and procurement with PACCAR, a major international producer of commercial vehicles and his career also includes periods as a partner in the international consulting businesses of Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM.

Doug Hunter - Director
Mr Hunter has a degree in mechanical engineering and is an experienced business leader. He has taken several products from the R & D stage through to full commercialization in various industries. His career most recently included tenure as Vice President Operations for Pragma Drilling Equipment Ltd., where he successfully transitioned the company from a non-profitable start-up in 2003 to an engineering, manufacturing and service company of close to 90 people with revenues of CDN $60 million by Q4 2006. The company was purchased in mid 2006.

Alan Dale - CEO & Director
Mr Dale was appointed CEO in March 2009. Mr Dale brings a wealth of manufacturing and project management experience and connections to the board. Mr Dale previously worked with several blue chip companies and has worked in the boiler industry before joining Disenco in January 2006, in the role of operations manager. Mr Dale currently is a member of the Parliamentary Energy Group. He was educated at Doncaster Business School and holds a Post Graduate qualification in Strategic Management.
