Routes to market

Two broad approaches are being used when considering the route to market. They are differentiated by the level of control and influence exerted at any one time by Disenco. They can be broadly summarised as: Initial market penetration, current design, manufacture and sales operation and Large Scale Market Adoption, partnering with either a Utility or large service provider in the power sector, which may lead to a joint venture or profit sharing arrangement.
 
With the Utility or large service provider the Company intends to include an annuity or revenue stream participation model derived from the variation in possible ownership of the appliance.
Utilities
Disenco has been in regular conversation with utility companies across Europe since the early 2000’s. These discussions include regular updates on the products progress to market and its potential impact on both Utilities and the Energy Market as a whole. These discussions are scheduled to continue under their current confidentiality agreements and the company is confident that appropriate agreements governing mass market penetration and support will be signed in the near future.  
With the increasing change in emphasis of Governments towards emissions reduction and Global warming strategies Energy companies are coming under increasing pressure to adapt and survive under this new regime. Pressure form Carbon reduction targets and energy efficiency commitments have combined with new renewable energy generation targets to provide a heady cocktail of pressure requiring the energy companies to act now to both preserve their future energy status and to meet Government targets whilst avoiding heavy financial penalties. Discussions with a wide range of utility companies has led to a mutual understanding of the potential positive impact of the Disenco technology and current appliance on this situation.
Builders and Developers
Sales or lease programs to new home and office builders will enable them to meet their energy-saving mandates from governments and reach Level 4 Eco-Rating standards in the UK and as applicable in other EU jurisdictions. Disenco's appliance will also help them reach Carbon Neutral requirements by 2016.

Licensing/Distribution Agreements
Disenco is currently in discussions with a number of potential manufacturing/production/distribution partners world-wide that would bring Disenco immediate marketing, promotion and distribution resources.
